This project aims to empower and inspire the lives of young people with a focus on professional and personal development.
We hope that the young people who took part in this project will be inspired to become good professionals, but above all, good people and that they believe that their actions and decisions can positively impact their lives, their community and the world.
Our target audience is initially young residents of the city of Japeri aged between 15 and 20 who attend, or have attended, the public school system. At the end of each module, participants will receive a certificate issued by ROMÃO and will be registered in a talent bank, which will be disclosed to companies in the industrial center of Japeri and Queimados.
As the project proved to be a success, ROMÃO wants to invest in more social projects like this one, which bring our community together.
